Should you want to make a recommendation as to which hospice your donation will benefit, please write the hospice name on the check’s memo line. However we cannot guarantee that 100% of the donation will be directed to the specified hospice.

• Honor the memory of a loved one with a Memorial Gift. Your gift will be acknowledged to whomever you choose.
• Commemorate a birthday, wedding, holiday, "thank you", or otherwise acknowledge a special person with an In Honor of Gift.
• Provide for End of Life Care International’s future with a Planned Gift, a gift you designate ELCI to receive at a later date. Examples include bequests, trusts, annuities, and life insurance policies.
• Become a Fundraising Volunteer at End of Life Care International.
ELCI uses donations it receives to provide grants to support the charitable work of selected international hospices. ELCI will follow IRS regulations requiring it to ensure that all of the funds and grants it gives to the selected hospices are used for the legal, charitable purposes intended by ELCI and its donors.
